Healing Through Creativity - $200
Art therapy offers a powerful, creative outlet for individuals living with Parkinson's disease, supporting both emotional well-being and physical function. Studies suggest that engaging in art may also help with visuospatial skills-key for balance and movement-and foster a sense of independence and self-expression. Whether you're picking up a brush for the first time or rediscovering a passion, art therapy can be a meaningful part of your Parkinson's care journey.
