Our Programs
- We Are Stronger Together -Healing Through Creativity
Art therapy offers a powerful, creative outlet for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, supporting both emotional well-being and physical function.
Studies suggest that engaging in art may also help with visuospatial skills—key for balance and movement—and foster a sense of independence and self-expression.
Whether picking up a brush for the first time or rediscovering a passion, art therapy can be a meaningful part of the Parkinson’s care journey.

Mind, Body & Motion
We offer therapeutic movement including stretch therapy, yoga, POUND, balanced ballet, and other mobility-focused practices. Combining physical exercise, cognitive engagement, emotional expression, and social interaction uniquely addresses both motor and non-motor symptoms. Studies show that therapeutic movemebt can improve balance, gait, coordination, and posture, while also enhancing mood, cognitive function, and quality of life.
