  • Healing Through Creativity

Living with Parkinson’s isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about finding ways to reconnect with joy, identity, and purpose. In our latest blog, we explore how art therapy offers powerful emotional and physical benefits for people living with Parkinson’s disease. From improving fine motor skills to easing anxiety and building confidence, creative expression can be a game-changer. You don’t have to be an artist—just willing to pick up a brush and let your imagination lead.

  • Still I Dance

    Why Dance Therapy?

“Because movement is a form of resilience.”

Combining physical exercise, cognitive engagement, emotional expression, and social interaction, dance uniquely addresses both motor and non-motor symptoms. Studies show that dance can improve balance, gait, coordination, and posture, while also enhancing mood, cognitive function, and quality of life.
